Participants will be assessed on the Learning Outcomes throughout this programme and those who achieve the appropriate standard will be awarded a FETAC Level 6 Minor Award in Managing People. Candidates will be required to maintain a Learning Log with evidence to support the application of learning. This learning log will be formally assessed for FETAC accreditation. Action planning will also form part of the programme to facilitate the transfer of learning back into the workplace.
