Culinary Skills Programme
This is an intensive hands on programme aimed at chefs already working within the hospitality industry.
Based completely on a solid foundation of culinary skills and techniques,
this programme will strengthen learned culinary skills to enhance and hone the skillset of the participant.
Following a need identified by industry, this programme has been purposely designed, together with Head Chefs, and is absolutely geared towards Chefs in busy, demanding kitchen environments.
Duration: 1 Day a week for 6 weeks
Dates: 22nd, 29th March, 5th, 12th and 26th April, 3rd May, 2017.
Venue: Dingle Cookery School
Cost: €1,500 per person
